Product Delivery

We ship our products anywhere in Europe through our trusted partners: Sameday / Fan Courier / DPD / Cargus.

1. Delivery Time

• Items in stock: Delivery is made within 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

• Made-to-order (Handmade/Personalized): Because we put our heart into every detail, crafting these items can take between 2-14 business days. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order!

2. Shipping Costs

• Express Courier (Online Card Payment): 20 RON

• Express Courier (Cash on Delivery): 23 RON

3. Receiving Your Package

Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the package. If the packaging shows severe signs of damage, please fill out a formal report with the courier or refuse the package and contact us immediately.
