At Latteliér, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, the product you received isn’t quite what you were looking for, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, without needing to justify your decision.

General Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure the products meet the following conditions:

• Product Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear, washing, stains, or odors (perfume, detergent).

• Packaging and Tags: Original tags must be intact, and whenever possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging.

• Documentation: Please include the fiscal invoice (or a copy of it).

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

According to the law, the following categories of products are exempt from the right of return:

1. Personalized Products: Items made to special order according to your specifications (e.g., embroideries, atypical sizes, unique colors requested by you).

2. Damaged Products: Products showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

How to Return a Product

Simply follow these steps:

1. Notification: Send us an email at contact@lattelier.ro within 14 days of receipt. Please mention your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Packaging: Place the product in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

3. Shipping: Send the package via any courier company to the following address: Iași, Aleea Mușatini nr 1, bl M11, sc B, et 2 ap 11, 700646. Note: We do not accept returns sent via Romanian Post (Poșta Română) or packages with "cash on delivery" for the shipping fee (unless the product was defective).

4. Shipping Cost: The return shipping fee is covered by the Buyer, as per legal requirements.

Refunds

Once the product reaches us and we verify that it meets the return conditions:

• We will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision (though we usually do it much faster!).

• Payment will be made via bank transfer to the IBAN account specified in your return request.

• If you paid online by card, the money will be refunded directly to the card used for the transaction.

Product Exchanges

If you would like a different size or model, the easiest way is to return the original product and place a new order on the site. This ensures the new item is reserved for you and reaches you as quickly as possible.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product or something other than what you ordered, we sincerely apologize! In this case:

• Please contact us within 48 hours.

• Latteliér will fully cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
