1. Definitions

Seller: Latteliér (operated by the legal entity LATTELIER SRL, headquartered in Iași, Aleea Mușatini, no. 1, bl. M11, sc. B, 2nd floor, ap. 11, CUI 53953717, J2026010468003).

Buyer: Any natural or legal person who places an order through the website.

Goods: Any product listed on the site to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The entire content of the website (images, texts, graphic design elements, logos) is the exclusive property of Latteliér and is protected by copyright law. Copying or using these elements without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Order and Contract

By placing an order on the site, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (email/phone) through which the Seller carries out its operations.

The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer receives the shipping notification for the order.
4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in RON/EUR and include applicable taxes (excluding shipping costs, which will be displayed in the shopping cart).

Payment Methods: Online by card / Cash on delivery.
5. Product Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from the order confirmation.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier company or external factors (weather, public holidays).
6. Right of Return (Withdrawal from Contract)
According to GEO 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions: The product must be in the same condition as delivered (no signs of wear, no damage, with all tags intact).

Return Shipping Cost: To be covered by the Buyer.

Note: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
7. Warranties and Complaints
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. Any complaint regarding product defects must be sent to contact@lattelier.ro within 48 hours of receipt.
8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Latteliér collects personal data (name, address, phone, email) exclusively for processing and delivering orders. For complete details, please consult our Privacy Policy.
9. Disputes
Any conflict arising between the Seller and the Buyer shall be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the jurisdiction belongs to the Romanian courts at the Seller's headquarters or through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.
